Commercial services
What we do for commercial floors.
Photos labeled “Our project” are Universal Epoxy installations.
Warehouse & Workshop Floor Coatings
Protective flooring for warehouses, working shops, storage buildings and service bays.
Details
- Best for
- Warehouses, storage buildings, fabrication and woodworking shops, auto service bays.
- What it solves
- Dusting concrete, oil and fluid staining, floors that are hard to sweep and keep clean.
- We assess
- Slab condition, existing coatings, oil contamination, joints, traffic and equipment.

Laundromat & Commercial Service Floors
Cleanable flooring for laundromats, laundry rooms, utility rooms and similar service spaces.
Details
- Best for
- Laundromats, apartment laundry rooms, utility and janitorial rooms.
- What it solves
- Stained, porous concrete that holds water and detergent residue.
- We assess
- Drains, water exposure, machine layout and the hours you need to stay open.

Restaurant & Hospitality Floors
Flooring selected for dining areas, bars, restrooms and appropriate service spaces.
Details
- Best for
- Prep and back-of-house areas, bars, restrooms, dining rooms and service corridors.
- Restrooms
- Featuring a 1/16″ terrazzo-style flake with a highly stain-resistant, slip-resistant polyaspartic clear coat.
- What it solves
- Worn, stained concrete and floors that are hard to keep clean between shifts.
- Good to know
- Areas with hot-water washdown or cooking heat need a specialized system. Tell us about them at the assessment and we’ll tell you honestly whether our systems fit.

Concrete Floor Repair & Coating Removal
Removal of failed coatings and repair of suitable surface damage before refinishing.
Details
- Best for
- Peeling or flaking coatings, pitted or spalled concrete, damaged joint edges.
- What it solves
- A new coating is only as good as what’s under it. Failed layers come off and damage is repaired first.
- We assess
- Why the old coating failed, the extent of damage, and whether the slab is a good candidate for refinishing.

Concrete Grinding, Sealing & Dust Control
Concrete preparation and appropriate sealing or densifying treatments for working floors.
Details
- Best for
- Bare concrete that dusts, stains easily or needs preparation before a coating.
- What it solves
- Surface dust, contamination and weak top layers that keep a floor from performing.
- Good to know
- Sealed concrete and mechanically polished concrete are different finishes. We’ll confirm which one your space gets in the written scope.
Double-Broadcast Quartz Flooring
Our most durable and slip-resistant flooring option.
Details
- What it is
- Two full broadcasts of colored quartz aggregate locked into resin, then sealed with a clear topcoat. The result is a thick, textured, hard-wearing floor.
- Best for
- Wet areas, restrooms, locker rooms, ramps, entries, shops and heavy-traffic commercial floors.
- Good to know
- Texture is adjustable. More grip means a little more effort to clean, so we match the texture to how the floor is used.
