THE DETAILS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Made for parking. Ready for everyday life.
Your garage might hold two cars, beach chairs, tools and the next weekend project. A professionally specified coating gives that busy space a more finished appearance and a surface that is easier to sweep and clean than bare, porous concrete.
A coordinated finish
Choose a flake blend that works with your home, cabinets and lighting. Preview colors online, then compare physical samples before selecting the final finish.
Preparation that fits the slab
Existing paint, oil contamination, cracks and moisture concerns affect the preparation needed. An attractive topcoat cannot make those conditions disappear.
A clear starting budget
Our polyaspartic flake system starts at $6 per square foot, with a $1,800 project minimum. Repairs, removal and moisture treatment can change the final quote.
Epoxy or polyaspartic: start with the complete system.
“Epoxy garage floor” is a familiar search term, but the resin name alone does not tell you how a finished floor will perform. The concrete, preparation, base coat, decorative flake and protective finish all matter. Our three-layer polyaspartic flake system is an option for homeowners who want a decorative, practical garage floor.
During your quote, discuss how you use the garage, any old coating or paint, and whether you have noticed damp areas. Product selection and moisture limits must work with the actual slab. Ask for the preparation, repair scope and coating system to be clear before comparing prices.
A better way to compare garage floor quotes.
A DIY kit can suit a homeowner who has the time, equipment and a suitable slab. Its purchase price is only one part of the project. Surface preparation, cleanup, repair materials, coating coverage and time out of the garage all belong in the comparison.
For professional quotes, compare the same area and scope. Confirm what happens to existing coatings, how cracks and joints will be handled, which finish is included, and when vehicles can return. A higher price is not proof of a better specification; a low price is not useful if essential preparation is missing.
Plan your garage without a long sales process.
Send your city or ZIP code, approximate floor size, a few photos and your preferred timing. Mention steps, stem walls or an adjoining storage area if you want them included. We can then arrange a free on-site quote and confirm the work needed.
For a 500-square-foot garage, the $6 starting rate gives a $3,000 starting budget. This is an example, not a fixed quote. Flake projects over 1,500 square feet receive custom pricing. You can request a quote without using the calculator.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Your questions, answered.
Can you coat a garage that already has paint or epoxy?
An existing coating needs an adhesion and condition assessment. Removal and additional preparation may be necessary. Send photos of peeling, worn or stained areas so they can be included in the inspection.
How soon can I park on the new floor?
Return-to-use time depends on the selected system, temperature and installation conditions. Confirm separate times for walking, replacing stored items and parking before the job begins.
Will the coating stop concrete cracks from returning?
Coatings are not a structural repair. Existing movement and joints require an appropriate plan, and movement can show through a finished floor. We discuss visible concerns during the quote.
What does the warranty cover?
