SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Universal Epoxy LLC text messaging program.

1. Program description

Universal Epoxy LLC offers optional text messages to people who request an estimate on our website. Service messages cover your inquiry, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. Promotional messages about our services and offers are sent only if you separately opt in. Automated technology may be used to send messages. Consent to receive texts is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase services. You may choose service messages, promotional messages, both or neither.

2. Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that messaged you. After you send “STOP”, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time.

3. Help and support

If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at jk.universalepoxy@gmail.com or 843-591-9878.

4. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS program.

7. Your phone number

Please provide a phone number you are authorized to use, and tell us if you no longer control it.

8. Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
